Disney Cruise Alcohol Policy 2025: Pro Tips for Bringing Your Own Wine

Don't pay bar prices for every drink! Learn the updated 2025 rules for bringing your own wine and beer onboard a Disney cruise.

Disney has one of the most generous alcohol policies in the cruise industry, allowing guests 21 and older to bring a limited amount of their own beverages onboard at the start of the voyage and at every port of call.

The 2-2-6 Rule

At embarkation and in each port, you are allowed to bring: - 2 bottles of wine or champagne (750ml or smaller) - OR 6 cans of beer (12oz or smaller) Crucial Rule: These must be in your carry-on luggage, never in your checked bags!

The Corkage Fee

If you bring your wine to a dining room to have it served by your waitstaff, there is a $25 corkage fee per bottle. Pro Tip: Drink it in your stateroom or pour a glass and walk it into the dining room yourself to avoid the fee!
