Step-by-Step Guide

1

Log into My Disney Cruise

Visit disneycruise.com and sign in with your Disney account. Navigate to 'My Reservations'.

Create your Disney account ahead of time if you haven't already.
2

Complete Guest Information

Fill out required info for all guests: emergency contacts, passport details (if needed), flight information.

Have passports handy β€” you'll need to enter exact name and number as shown.
3

Add Credit Card for Onboard

Link a credit card for onboard purchases. This is charged to your 'Key to the World' card.

You can also set spending limits for children.
4

Select Port Arrival Time

Choose your boarding window. Earlier times mean more time on the ship but longer waits.

11 AM-12 PM is often the sweet spot β€” ship is ready, shorter lines than early morning.
5

Complete Health Questionnaire

Within 24 hours of sailing, complete the health and safety questionnaire for each guest.

You'll receive a QR code β€” save it to your phone or print it.

Grab lunch at the buffet right after boarding β€” it's open and available to all guests

Insider Tip

Check in to youth clubs on embarkation day if traveling with kids β€” lines get long

The Navigator app becomes your cruise bible β€” download it before you leave home
